Hitting Session #3

Service Description

Our hitting camps will cover the fundamentals of the swing. One of our main focal points is learning and understanding swing pattern. We will introduce drills that help with stride/load, using the lower half, lead hand to contact, full extension, keeping the hands inside the baseball, creating bat speed and backspin, and overall balance. We also teach situational hitting and the mental approach that is needed to be successful on a consistent basis at the plate. Each session will max out at 6 players. This will ensure quality instruction and reps.
